All the Leaves...

One of the things that Jason and I loved most about our house when we bought it was all the big trees that were in the back yard. Some of them were healthier than others and we have had to take down a few as well. But we have some really old, really big trees. During the spring and summer, it is the most wonderful place to be. It shades our backyard and the kids are able to play even on the hottest of days. But during the fall...well, that is another story!

We have leaves everywhere, and they just keep falling. It is about half way through the leaf falling season and we have already accumulated 21 bags of leaves. I have no doubt that we will hit 50 before it is all said and done which means a lot of leaf piles, a lot of raking and a lot of fun picture opportunities. The boys are really enjoying it and to be honest, I am looking forward to this being one of their chores as they get older!!!
