Last Saturday morning we were eating breakfast and Austin asked when we were going to Kansas to see Mason and Logan. (He doesn't really know Gavin yet!) Then later that day, Caleb saw a commercial on TV and asked when were we gonna go to Disney World. He said they are advertising 30% off. (A child after my own heart)
About a year ago, we made a comment to Kate and Matt that we wanted to take the boys to Disney this winter. We invited them to go along with us and they said they would need to think about it. Gavin wouldn't be quite two and they wanted to consider it. Well, a couple of months later and they said yes…so the planning began.
It wasn't much at first, but we started by selecting a resort, the date and that we use AAA for our travel plans. Great decision. We are going to stay at the Polynesian for 6 nights and the Meschke family will be there with us! It couldn't be more perfect!
The boys still don't know, and they won't find out until we get them up tomorrow morning around 7 a.m. They are going to get a delivery and find out that way!
So tomorrow, Saturday, January 25th 2014 we are leaving cold, cold and snowy Baltimore and headed to Orlando, FL.
