Added Property Value!

We joke on a regular basis about how if we get just a little rain our backyard becomes Lake Barnwell. Our house sits up on a nice hill, which is good for the house, but causes major problems in the backyard. Well, this year we are 11 inches above our normal rainfall amount and the backyard has had about all it can take! The spot in the pictures isn't even the normal place that we get flooded. Our neighbor drove by and commented that we now have added property value...we have a lake view!
